Service portfolio brief

FZF will lead with Staffing Billing Control. Staffing Workers’ Compensation Control is the second validated service concept. Onboarding and credentialing, timecard exceptions, and incident and safety compliance remain candidates.

FZF is a service business with reusable technology. It is not SaaS, BPO, staff augmentation, factoring, collections, payroll funding, or queue-clearing labor. FZF adds control around the client’s existing systems and leaves consequential business decisions with the client.

The weighted ranking and promotion rules live only in Portfolio prioritization. Claim strength lives only in Validation and evidence.

  • Lead with the buyer’s problem and outcome. A specific service brand explains why a buyer should act. Workflow Control explains how FZF delivers.
  • Enter through a Workflow Design Sprint. Use it to establish the workflow, baseline, authority boundaries, and fixed-price implementation decision.
  • Build for a defined outcome. Do not sell open-ended implementation hours.
  • Run the control after go-live. Maintain integrations and rules, route system exceptions, report performance, and turn repeated failures into an automation backlog.
  • Keep systems of record in place. FZF coordinates the path among them; it does not replace them.
  • Keep human authority explicit. FZF may automate safe actions and route exceptions. The client makes financial, medical, legal, employment, claim, and commercial decisions.

See Service architecture for the relationship between service brands, Workflow Control, and Design/Build/Run. See the Offer ladder for the canonical scope, pricing, terms, and operating boundary.

Interpret statements by their source:

  • Decision — the current operating choice.
  • Fact — a known property of the business, delivery, or market source.
  • Evidence — an observation with a traceable source and stated limits.
  • Hypothesis — a claim to test; do not present it as an achieved result.
  • Proposal — a future rule or change that has not yet been adopted.

When pages disagree, use their canonical ownership: ranking in Prioritization, evidence in Validation, pricing and commercial boundaries in the Offer ladder, and sales process in the Playbook.
